The Occupational Safety Research Institute has prepared a series of 10 posters and 4 videos under the title HOW TO KEEP YOUR BODY PAIN FREE. The posters provide educational recommendations on correct sitting or standing at work, point out mistakes when working, standing or sitting, offer compensatory exercises for prolonged sitting and standing, and relief positions for prolonged standing and sitting during office work.
