| Description: | The project is based on the current situation in industrial enterprises in the Czech Republic, where the influence of the working environment and conditions on safety and productivity of work is greatly underestimated and not reflected. These facts project significantly into work well-being, OSH level and the reliability of the human factor, especially in industries and work systems that pose a potential risk not only to employees but also to the surroundings of such systems. Given the early accession of the Czech Republic to the EU and the potential of risks, the above approach and business behaviour should be fundamentally changed. Among other aspects, the research project should primarily constitute the basis for continuously monitoring the level of the working environment and working conditions, their development and improvement over time. In the given period, the following activities are performed in view of achieving the expected objectives: basic research directions in the area of working conditions, working environment and reliability of human factor in working systems are formulated; effective tools and means are developed to optimize the working environment and working conditions and to improve them continuously; these developments will be necessarily projected into increasing the level of OSH and the reliability of the human factor. Emphasis is placed mainly on research of combined effects of working environment factors and working conditions. |
