| Description: | Occupational health and safety are an important part of company management. In connection with the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union, this is a phenomenon that cannot be neglected; but many companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, have not ascribed the importance to it which it actually has in the area of human resources and utilization of work potential in the European context. It could create a complex socio-psychological problem without ensuring proper training of citizens. In the context of harmonizing legislation with the EU and following a comprehensive approach to risk management, the area of OSH is also becoming an important economic factor. Important tools for implementing occupational safety and health measures include consistent and continuous education, representing the intersection of marketing methods of communication and standard methods and tools of public relations. The project seeks to find ways to enhance the process of awareness-raising among the general public and individual target groups. A key group is represented by corporate management, which plays a crucial role at two levels – firstly, in risk management and in education and training of its own employees, and secondly, in the system of cooperation of companies as a determinant of the OSH area of cooperating subjects. |
