| Description: | The aim of the project is to create a complete knowledge base in the area of psychosocial risks, to create, modify and supplement legislation in the given direction, to support employers, representatives and employees with disabilities. An important part will be the creation of a web application, which will both serve as an educational and information support for employers and will also include a tool for mapping, recording and evaluating psychosocial risks with an emphasis on employees with disabilities. In connection with this, a database of psychosocial risks for this group of employees will be created. |
