| Description: | The aim of the project is to create procedures and methods for the determination and evaluation of social risk in the vicinity of buildings and/or facilities containing hazardous chemical substances; this applies to the entire life cycle of the buildings and/or facilities: the phases of designing, land-use planning, processing and assessing safety documentation and providing relevant and valid information concerning the level of risk to the company (as a risk recipient). Partial aims include providing both risk source operators and risk recipients with a comprehensive view of social risk assessment and, consequently, proposing possible societal risk acceptance solutions for identified risk recipients and risk impact areas using defined risk acceptance criteria. |
| Output: | Hleg – Vyhláška k zákonu o prevenci závažných havárií (návrh na doplnění vyhlášky č. 227/2015 Sb.).
