Management of the Occupational Safety Research Institute is following the European Union’s gender equality objectives for 2020−2025 (Equality Union: Strategy for Gender Equality 2020−2025) and the Gender Equality Promotion Plan of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for 2021−2024. Institute will implement various measures to promote gender equality as a part of its strategic commitment to the principles of transparency, equality and accountability, while at the same time reconciling the working and personal lives of all its employees. Institute will implement this commitment through its activities. This will be done on the basis of the Gender Equality Plan of the Occupational Safety Research Institute for the period 2022−2024.
