Survey of OSRI (Occupational Safety Research Institute) employees within the HR Award project
Data collection was performed using the PSQuaestio tool on the ACREA CR server. The project was available from September 10 to September 24, 2020 via a URL link. It included the following areas of research:
Basic statistical data:
- Socio-demographic questions
Areas of questions in connection with the solution area within the HR Award project:
- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Working conditions
- Ethical and professional aspects
- Training and development
Open questions:
- Why would you recommend OSRI as a potential employer?
- Why would you not recommend OSRI as a potential employer?
- What could make OSRI to be a better place to work and live?
Employees were informed about the results in person/by e-mail through a summary presentation about the results, which is available on OSRI intranet. The heads of all departments (units) were authorized by David Michalík, the director of OSRI, to draw up a plan of the corrective measures for research areas.
The top management of OSRI is going to deal with all critically evaluated areas (in which the dissatisfaction of employees was expressed + 50 % and more) in separate research groups.
The findings of the survey are taken into account in the Action Plan for the preparation of the OSRI organization needed for HR Award certification.
