| Description: | Strain and stress have accompanied an individual literally throughout his or her life. Even in the wider public consciousness, it is known that psychological stress cannot generally be considered undesirable. Each of us needs adequate doses of stress to keep the organism alert, increasing its performance and maturity. Certain types of stress and its inadequate levels reduce the reliability of performance and endanger the health of the worker. The purpose of this task is to contribute to the knowledge of this complex issue that is becoming increasingly important and to contribute to the constructive management and handling of work-related stress. This should help the healthy development of workers, increase performance reliability, and strengthen health. |
