| Description: | The aim of the project is to map the potential impacts of Industry 4.0 on the current positions of Operators 3.0 in industry and consequently on the issue of tertiary education with regard to safety engineering. The first part of the project will focus on the current state of implementation of Industry 4.0 in the labour market in the Czech Republic and in the world, where analyses will be elaborated, evaluation of key aspects carried out and possible outlooks for further development outlined. Consequently, attention will be paid to the issues of further education, whose development and participation in which is a prerequisite for acquiring the knowledge and skills newly required by the labour market. This project will significantly contribute to the development of knowledge potential in the area of new challenges and job requirements. |
