|Description:||The aim of the project is to create a set of tools that will be usable for the needs of employers whose employees work outside the employer’s workplace in the form of home office (teleworking). Special emphasis will be placed on Sections 101 to 108 and 317 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, and with reference to Act No. 234/2014 Coll., On Civil Service, as amended, with its Section 113, and with reference to Act No. 309/2006 Coll., On Providing Other Conditions of Occupational Safety and Health, as amended, and a reference to other related regulations will be made. These tools will focus on the evaluation of: the working environment; the psychosocial impacts of the forms of this kind of work; the pace of work; and the results delivered by employees.|
