| Description: | The project deals with applied research in the field of human factor application in the process of organization and management of nuclear power plant operation. The research includes the creation of knowledge bases of the current state of methodological support of human factor analysis in the world and all aspects of human factor manifestations in the operation of nuclear power plants and other industrial technologies, the creation of specific tools to support nuclear power plant operation management in abnormal and emergency conditions, and the establishment of a comprehensive concept of organizational factors and the role of management in power plant operation. A separate important area is the objective interpretation of the human factor issue in communication with the professional and general public and ensuring its awareness. |
