At present time, which is characterized by uncertainty about future developments in companies, it is necessary to look for areas and tools that would help employers and their employees to overcome this crisis period to support the further start of economic growth in the Czech Republic. Awareness and media campaigns can make it much easier for employers to combat the negative effects of crises and at the same time help protect the health of their employees. If employers actively protect the health of their employees, they will gain employees with higher motivation, which will then have a positive impact on the company’s better financial results. The protection of employees’ health should be both on the level of their their physical and mental health.
The aim of the media campaign To save, bet on the health of employees is to help employers, especially in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, to create a positive culture and work environment. As European research, studies, articles and practice clearly show, employers have a key role to play in this area.
The campaign is based on the findings of many studies and also provides hard data that shows that an employer who does not address the issue is suffering an economic loss.
