Action plan / HRS4R strategy program in OSRI has been created in terms of current strengths and weaknesses pages of current practice in the four thematic areas of the Charter and the Code (Ethical and professional aspects, Recruitment and selection, Working conditions, Training and development).
OSRI applies the methodology and principles of the project management according to IPMA®
Implementation of the HRS4R strategy, Action Plans / individual phases of sub-projects are included in the HRS4R Action Plan / Program (update November, 30th, 2023).
