Description: | The aim of the project is to propose a set of recommendations for bullied employees with a focus on identifying legal institutes that can be successfully used by bullied employees to protect themselves. These include in particular the provisions of the Labour Code, the Labour Inspection Act and the so-called Anti-Discrimination Act. Furthermore, the aim is to find out what types of evidence a bullied employee can successfully use to effectively protect his/her rights. From the employers' point of view, the project then aims to design a sophisticated, discreet but also effective mechanism for dealing with the pathological labour relations issue of bullying. |
