| Popis: | Quality of working life in the Czech Republic has been regularly assessed at the national level using the Subjective Quality of Working Life index (SQWLi), yet little is known about the relationships between the individual domains, as well as their relationships with other aspects of workers’ lives. This article shows that there is a strong correlation among the domains in terms of importance and evaluation, separately, but the cross-correlation between importance and evaluation is low. Higher work flexibility, better overall job characteristics, and better physical and mental health are all associated with higher working life evaluation. |
